Safety is intrinsic to our work culture at Smith's Refrigeration, Inc. and we take such responsibility with high regard. We believe we not only have a responsibility to our employees, but also to their family and loved ones, by providing a culture of safety education and training to promote a safe work environment. We have our standard safety protocol of required training, such as the OSHA 10 & 30 hour curriculum, Rental Equipment Training, First Aid, Fall Protection, Lock Out & Tag Out, Confined Space Entry, and Excavation. Our goals of Quality, and Productivity is only achieved through a commitment to a safe environment and work place. Our goal quite simply, is to return our dedicated employees back home to their family and friends at the end of each work day.
